ELIANA ORNELAS
Hi, I’m Eliana — a dark fantasy writer and registered nurse currently writing my debut novel, Stonewake.
I’ve always been drawn to stories that hurt a little: complicated characters, impossible choices, slow-burn relationships, high stakes, and worlds that make you want to disappear into them for a while. Stonewake grew out of that love and somehow became a world much bigger than I ever expected when I first started writing it.
Most of my free time is spent writing, revising, reading fantasy, or creating entirely too many visuals for a book that isn’t even published yet. I’m currently working through Stonewake’s third draft while sharing the process—from the messy revisions to the worldbuilding, characters, and everything that comes with trying to turn an idea into a real book.
